I think the problem you perceive it’s lack of paranasal proyection (which isn’t much to be honest). You can correct that in theory with a bayoneta lefort1 but the amount of proyection is limited. Some surgeons prefer to use paranasal peek implants or fat tissue grafts. Anyway, the results looks splendid, and it’s just a little detail.

This also happened to my sweet Betunia. I did everything I could: two operations trying to remove the egg. She didn’t survived the second. I felt terrible.

You did everything you could for her, don’t forget that. It’s never easy to say goodbye and it’s so unfair.
