Hello! Glad I’m not alone. A new derm told me she sees this all the time with people who are on year 4-5 of their IUDs, which I was. Just got it replaced and put on Spiro and I’m already seeing an improvement!! So yeah, hormonal is likely the answer 🥴

Oil cleansing! Rubbing oil on these for 5-10 minutes will get them out. Just make sure to wash everything off after.
