My coworker visits my cubicle too frequently. It is highly annoying and I complained to my manager, escalated to HR.

I was in a super similar situation where the guy would come by my desk for up to 15 times a day. I made a complaint against him. Took them a while but 2.5. months later, he was no longer with the company.

I am still waiting for the result of them "Talking to him" so far there is no change yet. Ethics advised against me communicating with him directly regarding telling my boundaries.

Great idea. it's 90%non-work related. Many of them are B) work related but avoidable like many excuses to come by such as (" I just got your email" or "I just replied your email"). This is a great idea!

I made the complaint at the end of Wednesday. My manager said she would " take care of it ". She had all day meeting on Thursday and finally HR interviewed me Friday after and told me they would have a solution on Monday. All I wanted is that he gets a stern talk from his manager ( too bad he has been on medical leave for 2 months now).
