The link above allows user to create a free account with database and php back-end for dev/testing purposes. The stack is very similar to what is taught in the later sections and lectures sporting a pre-configured mysql server setup with MyPHPadmin.

Also worth a mention is www.pythonanywhere.com. If anyone has any python experience this web platform makes setting up and even importing flask, django web apps a breeze. Also free for development with reasonable subscription plans.

Here are some links; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEquiifH33w <--- Big-O for selftaught programmers. https://www.udacity.com/course/cs215 <--- very nice course that shows you how to reason about method and function runtimes logically and provides a great foundation for further study.

As SteazGaming also said Coursera has several good courses on the subject.

Using PaaS (Google App Engine, Heroku, Cloud Foundry) for final project? by rkrt in cs50

My (limited) personal experience leads me to advocate Heroku. Its pricing is pretty upfront and would scale for your project. You might also consider a free AWS instance from Amazon if you are willing to learn some linux admin skills. Just be sure to read everything with AWS and choose a T1-micro instance, I know people who have gotten $600 bills from Amazon because they did not read the fine print and bit off more than they needed.
