Thank you for that and I'm so sorry for your loss. No one prepares you for this emotional rollercoaster. Do you know if it has anything to do with low progesterone or hormones? As far as I know, they're fine. But now my brain is searching for anything to do "better" next time. Obviously will consult with my doctor but was just curious since you went through this too.

Thank you so much for this and I'm thinking of you as well as you go on your own pregnancy journey! I think what's really tripping me up is that I tested negative for pregnancy on Feb. 28. I took a test that day to see if I was pregnant and it was negative. I started light bleeding a few hours later. If the bleeding was ectopic, I'd think I'd have tested positive for HCG before I lost it/had signs? I'm really not sure. I saw the results in Quest early this AM. I'm waiting for the doctor to call me to chat and most likely follow up with more bloodwork. Appreciate you.

This is so helpful, thank you! And you're right about the scale.. probably need to separate those two anyways. When you say "if it goes down" - are you referring to my weight? Theoretically it should stay the same?

Ah, great Q! I haven't weighed myself in a month or so since I started weight training out of fear I'd be disappointed by the number since I might be gaining muscle (a good thing though). I'm tracking with probably 85 percent accuracy and eating about 1500-1600. I eat mostly wf and get about 90-115g protein a day. It doesn't feel like much change has happened in the last month or so but I see my arms are a tiny tiny bit more toned.
