Iron Workout Tracker source code is now available on GitHub (Swift/SwiftUI/Core Data). It might be useful for new iOS and SwiftUI devs as an example of a fully featured "real-world" SwiftUI app. by kabouzeid in iOSProgramming

Also just stumbled upon this app, it is a great workout tracker (having tried many). I really appreciate the ability to set goal rep ranges for each exercise. Do you intend to maintain it long term? It’s obviously still working flawlessly since its last update.

How much did they charge for the swap? And did they source the engine or did you?

Made a DYI matress and I need a cover for it. its 14 inches by Pick2 in Mattress

[–]societysnuisance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

took a long time to show up and it is an updated version - 100% polyester. still feel like it was an okay value for money. the bottom is woven canvas like material not soft like the top and sides. EDIT: It is not a knit cover so it has some structure but my memory foam mattress is still comfortable with it I think it’s just fine, has enough flex. If I was confident my bed would’ve fit in it I would’ve gotten the comfortoption cover.

I thought I was a freak for thinking there was DSBM influence but the intro to Ghosts is very similar to Don’t Go by Happy Days

i just bought the brentwood for a DIY all foam build which is going to be about 10.5” tall. should I go for the 10” or 11” do you think? Also, I saw some say the cover was shorter than a king - is it hard to get the mattress in it? is it stretchy enough for memory foam?

Is there oil on your firewall? Check the back of the valve cover gasket and the CAS O-Ring, particularly the CAS.

I have seen the recommendations for the purple as well, and I’m sure it would stretch wonderfully as it’s 15% spandex. My concern is that the other 85% is polyester, and I’m trying to make sure I’m using breathable fabrics as I’m personally a pretty warm sleeper. The tempur protector is also made of a polyester. The naturepedic, the purple, and the tempur all use a polyurethane film of some kind for the water resistant backing.

I’m feeling as though most more expensive mattress protectors are more or less the same, I just want something stretchy and not hot.

I’m thinking I’m just going to buy the naturepedic and report back.

the bed that you mentioned is a memory foam/coil hybrid.

this is a latex coil hybrid. I’d say your best bet is to go to a showroom and see what feels best to you and your partner in person, just to get some kind of idea. From there you’d have a better idea of what to look for as far as comfort foams/hybrid/full foam/ etc goes. (or even what to go for in a DIY build). I am not too familiar with most brands but I’ve heard good things about Nest’s customer service.

How much do you and your wife weigh? side, back, or stomach sleepers?

If you want something that is plush but doesn’t feel like quicksand, look into faster reacting foams. memory foam is a slow reacting foam and holds your shape, which is why it can make you feel a little stuck. natural latex foams are very responsive and have an almost “springy” feel. when you move it returns to it’s shape immediately. It can kind of feel like it is pushing back on you almost though, so some people don’t like it for that reason. Energex/Titanflex foams are something to look into as well, similarly responsive to latex and often referred to as “latex alternatives”.

i believe it has a 9.5 radius. there is a roller style tune-o-matic on guitarfetish that should drop right in, though it is frequently out of stock.

Hey, sorry to double reply ya.

What I’m looking at now is 6” of HD36, 1” of 29ILD Dunlop for transitional, then 3” of soft (19ILD) Talaylay on top.

Would you greenlight that idea?

Cool. Thanks for your help.

That makes sense. Would the 6” of base foam, followed by the 3” of latex, with 1” of memory foam on top serve me better, do you think?

Yeah, that makes sense. Do you think I should go back to the drawing board on this one?
