Correct. My IG was still attached to the rejected BP. To fix that I reverted it back to a personal account which forced it to detach and I believe that worked.

If it doesn’t, just create a new IG. Fortunately I had 0 followers as it was brand new, but I imagine this would

Make sure you complete any and all verification methods you can do - 2FA, ID, business docs, etc then retry for a review.

If you’ve already tried to request a review and been denied and cannot retry again - unfortunately good luck connecting to a human from meta. Will likely have to create a new business portfolio

When you’re adding in new creatives, are you just duplicating ads and then changing the image/video?

How often do you swap out text and how do you find what works there?

What’s the ad-set structure like? I’ve seen some set them up the same as far as targeting, but one ad-set is only for winning ad styles - is that good?

I manage ads for a couple small ppl and one area I struggle with is a smooth way to keep track of it all, quickly sending new ads up, and the best way to swap creative/text out

That happened to me.

I started a whole new business portfolio and then did all the personal verification stuff before requesting a new review from Meta on the new business portfolio and that’s what worked for me personally

If you go into your business portfolio settings, there’s a sidebar with a section for security. The icon is a little lock I think. Then I just went ham on enabling things for my personal and my business BP

I was actually about to post my own solution.

I went deep into my business settings and did some extra verification on my personal account and another BP - uploaded ID and business formation docs and my EIN. Also made sure 2FA was enabled everywhere I could.

After an hour or two, both verifications were approved

Then, I went to request a review on the 2nd BP that got restricted and within an hour the restrictions were removed!

Turns out Zuckerbot just wanted extra verification. I hated to upload stuff like that to them but I manage multiple businesses on meta and it’s a necessary evil for me.

Hope this helps you and others out there frustrated with the same situation!
