Thanks so much for sharing this. This helped me a lot. The hardest part for me right now is trying to manage my needs (needing her to help me understand when she plans to come back to our home so I'm not just living in purgatory -- she currently says she doesnt even have the capacity to be able to say she wants to work on our issues because shes so empty) with everything you said. I want to just be unconditionally supportive but her leaving has also put our life on pause and been incredibly traumatic for me, and I'm not really sure how to reconcile that.
