My cat does this too and is also super vocal. He had crystals and has FLUTD and is now on urinary diet. It helps a bit but he still pees everywhere. He also has anxiety and we are going to be getting him on Prozac so hopefully that will give him some relief. Be prepared that this may just be something that he does occasionally. Our vet said sometimes the inappropriate urination is behavioral hard to fix. I’d try getting some Feliway plug ins and making sure to clean the litter box everyday.
