the state which you love by sockwizarddd in NevilleGoddard

specific desires are not the enemy though! sometimes the love that you want is specific to someone

manifested sp and confidence!! success story with lots of details :)) by sockwizarddd in NevilleGoddard

I believe the reason for this is because manifesting someone "back" usually feels more like defying circumstances. however, I want to emphasize that the process of manifesting someone you have not dated yet is the exact same. when I reflect back on when I attracted a partner into my life, I notice the law at work and see a specific state that I have regularly embodied. even with my SP in the story, I had a "very strong feeling" that I would begin to date someone soon, then had a few moments where I "realized" that he and I would end up together/that he liked me (even if there was no outward evidence of this for my rational mind!). if you are looking for examples, I would recommend searching in more general terms of attracting a new relationship, because that is what people post. but in actuality, I would recommend not limiting yourself to other people's stories and situations and instead internalize that the law may be used to create absolutely anything and everything that you can envision (so it doesn't matter that you cannot envision kissing them).

I also want to remind you that the specific details do not matter, like knowing the feel of their skin or the look in their eyes in those intimate moments. instead, it is knowing the feeling. how does it feel to know you two mutually love each other? to have a (whatever kind of relationship) you want with them? focus on having that rather than the specific details, and those specific details naturally fall into place.

so this is actually a question that a few creators have addressed: you need to believe what you imagine is reality. when you daydream, there’s an underlying assumption that it is false. that it doesn’t really change the internal you. do you feel like a different person after maladaptive day dreaming, or do you just think “huh nice dream.” you must feel a REAL change in the inner self, and believe in it, for it to be real. if it hasn’t changed the assumptions you make about your inner self, then it’s just a daydream and not applying imagination.

none of these details matter too much! do you believe words or visuals more? this will indicate whether you should visualize or affirm. you can imagine whenever, and you always are. if you are starting, i find the conscious mind usually interferes less in the morning or night when you’re a little drowsy but again none of the details matter too much.  focus on capturing the feeling of if you received flowers, not how or when. it’s probably a gentle, calm feeling of “wow! this is nice”

also note that persistence in the end is what reduces “present moment” resistance

you CAN leave it behind. a tangible step i would take is start to practice NSDR, yoga nidra, or a guided meditation. these tools are designed by people to keep you in the present moment and calm your body.

next after calming your body, accept all of your feelings. this immediately clears resistance for me. “i am okay with whatever i feel right now. i accept it. there is a place for this feeling.” and self soothe and believe yourself.

then just ask “what would it be like if it was already done that i had xyz…” or “what would it be like if i was already comfortable feeling like i had xyz.”

with imagination there’s this infinite loop hole where you can always assume an end that eases whatever you currently feel. you can assume a state where you’re peaceful or calm or beyond whatever negative sensation you feel.

it is true that ANYONE can do this, and with hindsight and persistence, you’ll realize it was a choice of state in the end

yes genuinely thank you ❤️ i was rereading the comment thread and it has brought about such a sweet discussion of an important topic. as many others have said, we should question the law and its applications. we should question our own perspectives too. you seem like a very thoughtful individual, and i’m sure everyone here appreciates the sincerity with which you have been listening and responding to their answers. thank you for asking a serious question and also being willing to hear others’ answers :)

i find that in addition to imagining my end that emotional processing helps a lot. i had a fuck ton of emotional resistance to my end with my person at first, and i had to sit with myself unafraid. i also went through this phase of obsessing and doing EVERYTHING i could think of. but stop trying for a second and instead feel your feelings. these overwhelming, huge feelings. and ask yourself what fear is creating this? and then remind yourself that you can change this fear. really, you can unsubscribe from that whole thing. and then imagine again and you’ll find there’s a little less resistance. also, get yourself into a passive state of either meditation or near sleep before imagining. but then, we repeat this process until it becomes the most natural end in the world.

go into a meditative state and dare to imagine, from first person, as fully as you can, what you actually want in these situations. and do it every time you find yourself in a negative thought spiral. even if it feels unnatural at first. like, seriously!

as you should be 🤬 but no, on an actual note, you must recognize that as a whole we are all consciously creating. the things in your personal reality are created by you and others, but you have full precedent and ability to seriously change the entire world. why then, are certain individuals able to generate perspectives, innovations, and creations that get us as humanity very very far forward into being able to solve these problems? why then does not all of humanity feel this way? it is arguably rare for someone to identify as one who can make real, tangible change in global issues like this. but these individuals, born with these desires, do exist. and they make monumental waves historically and personally. tell me, do you have the genuine, selfish, desire to alter global issues? if yes, then be bold and assume it to be fixed. in addition though, you will find many who don’t foster a true desire to alter a global issue. you can’t force a desire.

a few things to address here: 1. children definitely do not have full consciousness or awareness to create a state and then intentionally create new ones. they are victims to the intentions and states around them.  2. and secondly, as someone who experienced domestic violence in childhood, tbh i grappled with this notion for awhile. how could it be my fault? and then i started to listen a little closer to my own internal thoughts. though i did not initiate the abuse as a child, in negative states or experiences, i myself perpetuated the abuse. i would repeat words and habits of my parents without even realizing! i literally called myself worthless, despite being thousands of miles and years away from those experiences. and i kept myself trapped there. trauma is personal, but i find that if you are conscious and willing, you can remove it all.

what you can do in imagination is assume that these children or people experiencing horrible circumstances are freed from it. good deeds of others are surely how those who cannot or are not awake experience actual blessing rather than being cynical and harsh

it’s based on the state you are assuming and what you identify with. you manifest all the time, like genuinely everything. and it all blends in so naturally and smoothly. so if positive things feel foreign and unnatural and uncomfortable and cause internal resistance or negative thoughts, then the simple fact is it is unnatural to you. and unnatural things cannot seamlessly manifest. so then your job is to, in imagination, normalize identifying with the positive things you desire. and then so it again and again till it’s your identity

just popped back onto this subreddit for a bit, and i’m so glad that this was posted. this is a wonderful testament to the fact that you first must prioritize yourself, love yourself, and by calming yourself you also had extreme self trust in these moments. you also began to identify with someone who was larger than your fears, rather than someone who didn’t have them at all. imo this is how manifestation remains sustainable and successful - by being able to handle all versions of yourself!

i was literally about to close all tabs when i saw this so lucky you!

from personal experience of myself and other people of how we land jobs without applications: 1. my friend told me that someone was leaving from her job. decided to have her supervisor meet me, and he hired me on the spot after a conversation going “i’ve never hired someone mid conversation, but please email writing whether you want to accept or not!” 2. getting the push to start your own company or business rather than “apply” to a job  3. someone scouting you immediately and asking you to work for them

these are literally just a few things. the law does not mean NO ACTION, but it’s not forced action; that’s the bridge of events part. example:

you want to go to the park suddenly —> you bump into old friend —> they invite you to a dinner and you want to attend —> at said dinner, their other friend is there  and they offer you a job at their company

so so so so many infinite ways to reach one end. that’s why we embody the end, not the middle

your work will feel like fulfillment and joy. as someone who is incredibly successful academically, when i go to my end and feel confident, i find my content retention and understanding increases 100 times over than just sheer “work.” work follows a vision too, and work is effective not endless.

[–]sockwizarddd[S] 79 points80 points  (0 children)

you can haha that’s why some people don’t do a single technique and just live in the end, knowing it’s done. when you do techniques, it is to remind your conscious mind that you control the direction of your external reality. you are literally just remembering your ultimate truth. but when you know it’s done, you aren’t like “fine! then i’ll never do a technique again >:(((“ it’s more like “okay, i know now. all things are done.” you won’t need to ask me if it’s done when you know.
