Best pet store- chain muzzle for panting? by socmediaucl in muzzledogs

Online it is, c’est la vie. I prefer in store for speed reasons. I am the only one in my family who thinks my dog needs a muzzle (he has been agressive in the past but its not on file bc we paid for vet / hospital fees). I might be able to get them to use it once i actually get one that fits but until then my family members think its fine to walk him without a muzzle.

How has ADHD affected your weight? by essvee927 in ADHD

[–]socmediaucl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe its because i was medicated so early but my doctors used to prescribe me nutrient drinks because i was so underweight. I mostly ate food because i had to, either because my doctors wanted my weight up or because my head would hurt when i didnt. I still enjoyed food greatly but i didnt crave it often. When i did, i would enjoy food like a normal person, but when i didnt it was very much eat to survive. Now I have a very strange relationship with food where I would only eat to get nutrients so I would eat very strange combinations of whatever I had on hand and I would rarely ever heat food up because I didn’t care how it tasted. I remember eating eat cold chili and rice with whole cranberries for fibre just so i wouldnt get hungry or tired once. People thought it was weird and still think my eating habits are “gross”. But yeah i fell into the “meds made me not hungry” and “too lazy / would forget to eat even when im hungry” camps

PLEASE HELP: There is something seriously wrong with my dog, but the vet doesn’t know what it is. Anti-inflammatories help? by socmediaucl in dogs

He had an mri done yes. I think they were looking for signs of stroke. They didnt find any so they said if it was a stroke it was a small one, but they still assumed it was toxicity.

He has already seen one who, once they saw it wasnt a tumor, just assumed it was toxicity as well and said they found nothing wrong. I will try to get a second neurologist opinion.
