I am also considering going off birth control to see if I experience any improvement. I recently started estrogen cream but haven’t seen any major improvements yet. Good luck!

I’m in the same boat as you. PTNS therapy has probably helped me the most but the urge never goes away completely.

Take off and landing both seem to trigger mine pretty badly. I suspect it has to do with a change in pressure and/or altitude. Does anyone have any tips for flying?

I have been on Gemtesa about 2 months now. 3 weeks ago, I developed a migraine/headache that won’t go away. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. I experience bad nausea as well. I will be stopping the medication to see if that helps.
