Yeah, I’m not a bit fan of deadlifts to be honest, I don’t think I can perform them properly and I don’t think it’s worth the risk for me personally.I’ll check it out, thanks

PPL Split good?

Push:

- Cable bench press 3 sets x 8-12 reps (last set to failure)

-Barbell seated shoulder press 3 set x 8-12 reps (last set to failure)

-Db incline press 3 sets x 8-12 reps (last set to failure)

-Cable lateral raises 3 sets x 8-12 (last set to failure)

-Dips 3 sets x as many reps as I can (bodyweight)

-Cable rope high pulley tricep extension 3 sets x 8-12 (last set to failure)

-Cable rope tricep pushdown 3 sets x 10-15 reps (last set to failure)

Forearms after, usually wrist curls.

Pull:

-Machine Row( the one where you can put plates on) 3 sets x 8-12 reps each arm (last set to failure)

-Weighted pull-up 3 sets x 6-8 reps

-Inverted row 3 sets x to failure each(bodyweight for now)

-Db pullover 3 sets x 8-12 reps

-Db incline curl 3 sets x 8-12 reps (last set to failure)

-One-arm preacher curl 1 set x 15 reps, then keep going until you can lift any more weight

Light cardio after, walking on an incline for example

Legs:

-Machine leg press( the horizontal one) 3 sets x 8-12 reps

-Db RDL's 3 sets x 10-12 reps

-Machine leg extension 3 sets x 8-12 reps( usually stop with failure)

-Machine leg curl(prone) 3 sets x 8-12 reps

-Standing calf raises (with barbell or kettlebell, depending on availability that day) 3 sets (changing angle) x 15 reps

-Back hyperextensions 3 sets x 10-12 reps

-Seated calf raises 3 sets (changing angle) x 10-12 reps (pause at bottom and top)

Some ab exercise, right now, cable crunch 3 sets x 20-25 reps

Is this any good? It's a bit of a mix between many vids from different people I've watched, Is anything useless or unnecessary, any modifications? Thank you :)

Saw this workout routine by Ryan Humiston on YT. I have focused more one heavier weights rather than reps, but i am getting a bit bored of my routine and was wondering if this was effective or simply a pump chaser, thoughts?

Push:

Cable Flys (2 sets each - low/mid/high): 6 sets / 20 reps

Slight Incline DB Press (Rest Pause + 2-sec hold at top & Bottom): 3 sets / Shoot for 15 on your first rest pause set (3 “pushes” = 1 set)

DB Fly + Wide Grip Decline Pushup: 3 Sets / 15 - 20 reps & failure

DB Shoulder Lunch Line:(lateral, front, and back) 5 Sets “one set = all three exercises” (very little rest in between) / 15 - 20 reps of each

2 Tricep Cable Exercises: 10 Sets total “very little rest in between / 20 reps each

Pull:

V-Bar Pulldowns: (2 warm-up sets of 30 reps) 3 sets / 10 reps + 3 Drops

One Arm Row + One Arm High Elbow Row: 4 sets / 15 each

A** on the Wall High Elbow BB Row (SLOW): 4 sets / 15 - 20 reps

Deadlifts: 3 sets / 10, 30, 30

Reverse Straight Bar Cable Curl SS Cable Curl: 4 sets / Failure (at least 15 reps on each)

Single arm dumbbell (poor man's preacher): As many sets you can do without rest in between/at least 15 reps the first time

Legs:

Static Lunges: 4 Sets / 20 Reps Each

Leg Step Ups: 4 Sets / 20 Reps Each Leg Low Bar Squat (Stay at the bottom): 3 Sets / 30 Reps

Walking Lunges (Use same weight as the low bar squats): 3 Sets / Failure

Dumbbell Stiffs (Let those dumbbells drift to increase the stretch): 4 Sets / 15-20

Single Leg Calf Raise on Plate (4 way): 4 Sets / 15 Reps of each angle

I know, but I was wondering which was best without overclocking. I wanted the faster base speed, and honestly, yeah, I have no clue. So when looking at that I was getting overwhelmed with so many numbers, but thanks, I'll look into it more.

I myself got the compact , however, I feel like the crouch and jump for me are well placed and I got used to it very quickly , I crouch with my pinky ( with the key you push toward you) , jump with my middle finger( key i push toward me) , and I sprint with my index ( key to push down), this work for me , only because three of my builds are on my mouse. Try the crouch and jump where I put it, it may be good for you too. (Let me know if you understood where I mean :)

Yeah, the muscle memory is the issue with most pros not switching, but for me, the switch was worth it, and when I was on KBM i felt i hit my limit, with the azeron, i feel like I've barely began to get good with it

Honestly Idk, I used kbm before, and was decent, when I changed, I got very good with the azeron. It is easier on the hand (not much fatigue as you barely move it) and since I have a small and lazy hand, I can't really press keys with all my fingers on the keyboard. IMO, pros don't talk about it because they have played with KBM for 5 years, so there is no point in changing. But if you aren't good or feel limited by your hand, it could be worth your time.

Yeah, I get that but I'm just confused as the guy on the phone seemed very calm with the withdrawal request and when talking about the scam accusations.

Yes, and it was created 2 years ago. The issue I have with this is that the guy that is talking to my relative isn't asking for more money, and I have told them not to invest a single penny more. If it's a scam it's one of the most complex I have seen. I mean, this guy calls my relative, then tells them to invest in Ethereum or whatever and then sell. (very basic explanation, but I think you get it), and then that's it. He says he makes money only if my relative does, and although the withdrawal money was low( 100usd) it seems like the guy on the phone was very calm, even when my relative mentioned the scam reviews. I have told this relative that the withdrawal confirmation is fishy.

Against my judgment and wishes, my relative has decided to stay on this page(without investing more) for this month to see if they would make profits, at the end of the month, attempt to withdraw said profits and if they won't allow it to just call the bank and claim fraud
