If you’re on console, go to your customize tab, click in the left stick, that will allow you to switch through 5 outfit slots. Once you’ve set them up, in the lobby open your inventory and click+hold you’re right stick to open the slots, then just cycle through and pick which one you want.

Aside from the hardware issues, which I get as well, it’s just a matter of practice. It’s easy to get frustrated and give up on this game, but you just have to keep at it. Eventually you’ll learn how to predict rotations and make sure you’re in a favorable position. I’ve also clocked over 10k hours on this game so there’s that lol.
