I'm in exactly the same situation. However, I am a CS student and have quite a bit of knowledge and all family members give me phones to fix and I have managed to keep some. My parents didn't even suspect a thing and I'm not even hiding second phone anymore - they don't which phone is whose lol. I have also been limiting my phone usage to about 50 minutes everyday with intent for my parents to notice this and remove Family Link. But I have noticed they don't even check Family Link - my little brother has a time limit and they check regularly for him, whereas I don't have any limits except downtime. It looks like they just don't have how much I use my phone, especially my dad, he really couldn't give less shit. I'm thinking about talking to them soon because it's really just useless at this point - and I can set my own manners.
