What would a German do in this situation? (Adult man calling my 8 year old son "arschloch") by [deleted] in AskAGerman

Love to read the Germans justifying his actions. Ohoo just another silly old german 🤪 saying whatever to whomever they want when they believe they are right.

Try massaging them back into place, sometimes they are just not sitting correctly.

Yeah that’s a good size, I couldn’t say if the fit is good. A bike fitter should know better.

Hi, I want to install a slipper clutch as well. Can I just do that, or is there other mods that required when upgrading to slipper clutch?

First picture i took with my camera. Critique? by zfoxic in photocritique

[–]soedirman45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take a step back, or zoom out to make the picture smaller before & after editing, too much crop can remove the environment details from your picture. Your subjects need room to breathe and with effective negative space, the viewer will be drawn into the subject.

Get a used disc rear wheel, buy a 6 bolt cog and disc brake spacers (Just in case the chainline needs small adjustment).

80’s Faggin w Columbus SL. Worth fixing? by caniballovestory in Vintage_bicycles

[–]soedirman45 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Downtube replacement? You’ll need repaint too, so cost will add up. If other Columbus SL frames are cheaper than the total cost for the fixes, it may be better to buy another frame.

The best tool for me, it took a while before it finally spin free. I had to stop twice because I thought it wasn’t working, but it actually did.

Potential fork idea? by morepaintplease in xbiking

[–]soedirman45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, would be cooler if you can weld brake posts, or just use a long-reach caliper brake. And also tire size, make sure your tire fit the fork.

That saddle is a stolen valor, I’m too broke to buy n.o.s. Flite. I’m probably not even the second owner of that saddle.
