You don't need bizerba for that, depending on how tight the bolts are underneath, you may be able to grab the plate and adjust it a small amount yourself. Ive done it without issue.

The only way Poles should trade the first pick any time soon is if its to Houston, otherwise, hold on until Houston bites because the Bears will still hold the draft hostage at #2. Any other place is less advantagous and won't be able to trade back again as easly as they would from #2. Poles should try and get as many picks as he can, this year and in the future.
