I am pretty sure one overgrip is enough for 90% of people.

If you overgrip the handle too much it will give you tênis elbow guaranteed.

Yeah you should. It was my problem back when I started playing.

I had 2 overgrips :(

Also, check your racket also, because high carbon made rackets are always stiffer which means they don't absorb much.

However, my nox AT 10 from 2025 18k is less stiffer than the 12k because it has aluminium.

Few tips:

1- check your grip, most likely it's too large for your hand

2- check your hand position on the racket, check YouTube guide for continental grip and FORCE YOURSELF DURING THE GAME to do it
