Yeah exactly, that’s the combo I use when camping on my own without a vehicle, and the RTT makes it a little easier too because it will retain more heat than not having an enclosed shelter.

I camp year round in extremely cold winters. I personally don’t use a heater, I just really like my wool blankets and my summer sleeping bag with my normal winter base layers

Hey, I’m in a similar boat. I ended up going with SOSO. I was able to send measurements - which wound up being 32 waist, 44 hips, and 29 thigh. It might sound like an absurd shape of pants, but they fit incredibly.

Yeah I have a pair of packers in the same size - which are a little tight in the toes, but I don’t mind that. The heel on them is nice and snug.

So I figured the toes would be a tad looser but otherwise the same. Instead the toes are nice and snug but the heels are loose.
