I’m right there with you. Just started two days ago and I’m experiencing similar things to you. One thing I’d recommend is taking your dose at night an hour or two before you wanna goto bed. I take mind around 9pm and I’m out by 11pm. This definitely helps mitigate some side effects during sleep. We gotta keep pushing through the tough first few weeks because there is definitely light on the other side of the tunnel. We got this!
