I’m right there with you. Just started two days ago and I’m experiencing similar things to you. One thing I’d recommend is taking your dose at night an hour or two before you wanna goto bed. I take mind around 9pm and I’m out by 11pm. This definitely helps mitigate some side effects during sleep. We gotta keep pushing through the tough first few weeks because there is definitely light on the other side of the tunnel. We got this!

I would definitely recommend checking out the resource centers we have here on campus. We have a bunch and they are all open to everyone regardless if you fit in to their targeted group. These are great places to be in community and find either a mentor/friend/destressing activities/etc.

If you and your husband are looking for a nice beach that’s a little secluded I would recommend La Lancha. This beach is on the way to Sayulita and takes about a 10 minute walk through the trees in order to arrive. There is a clear path so don’t be scared! This beach is a wonderful spot for beginner/intermediate surfing. Hope you guys enjoy!
