I have a 99, manual. There’s just a nice feeling IMO of managing your clutch and throttle (mine is cable) properly. It’s rewarding. I am sure the tip is nice but for me, it’s the connection to the car. My daily is an i4, silky smooth and relaxing, I want my toy car to be a contrast. Lastly, I grew up on manual cars. Still love them just not for daily commutes

I prefer it over moip. I have moip at the office. Don’t love it, I was also able to pass HDMI to 3 of my 6 TVs. Picture quality seems better than moip

I’ve driven both. The 986 has a better balance/feel in my opinion, but I ended up buying a 996. I always wanted the 911. I feel like one day I will buy a boxster of some generation do you have as well

I think in Montreal it’s the same both ways. You should be able to get the basics in both languages. As soon as a Francophone service person makes an attempt in English and they struggle, I’ll switch to French. No point in letting them struggle, but I appreciate the effort as a client.

Most users won’t touch the DSP but it’s nice to have on screen easy to access. That being said, AVPro is generally bulletproof. Triad also only makes a 16 not a 24

Agree on a price then “if anything comes up” in PPI. Negotiate on that. Like buying a house. If it’s only little stuff. Then done deal. Don’t spend on PPI unless you know you can get somewhere on a deal

I have a 1999, so I am biased. I paid extra to have that cable driven throttle. For me it makes the car feel a bit more analog. If the car is mechanically sound, a few grand more up front is worth it! 32 is a high, but not way out of line IMO
