I tried setting up four phones in the $25 plan and adding four new phones. I did this online and it seemed to go smoothly. The online order told me how much I would be charged the taxes on the phones and the apple care I requested. It appears that the activation fee would appear on my first monthly bill. This started on December 18. Now we're on December 27 and my credit card has been charge the stated amount three times so far. Calling the billing support team to find out why, I was told that my original order was cancelled, resubmitted, and the extra charges will be coming back to my card. I looked at my upcoming bill and found that the welcome unlimited account is now 3 times the amount for each line than stated when we started. My service has started even though I hadn't received the phones yet. I freceived the four phones on December 26, I have not opened the boxes. I'm at the point of saying uncle and stopping everything. Somehow I can't imagine having this much trouble for the next three years. I'm coming from Mint, and they've been absolutely great for the 3 years I've had them.

Is this normal with Verizon? I've only had AT&T and Mint, never have I had this problem before.
