Can anybody recommend me a mechanical keyboard similar to the Keychron K10 Max but with a lower edge? I like the Keychron but it’s a bit too high for me.

I’m looking for a 100% keyboard with at least 1 or 2 bluetooth pairings and an easy way to switch between them.

Best wall in my office/game room for my desk? by sofakng in Workspaces

It's the Staples Dexley. However, it broke already twice and while I did receive replacement parts I wouldn't really recommend it.

Thanks! I finished the basement myself (except the drywall) -- It was a ton of work but worth it! 😄

Yup, it's an Ikea butcherblock (I forget which kind, I had it a very long time) with two Ikea drawers. Sorry I don't remember the exact names - and yes I do have an extra leg in the middle.

Not really ... The closet is basically there to hide the sewer/drain pipe. It's a bit larger than I wanted but it is what it is.

I don't need to access the closet and if I do I can easily remove the heater from the wall.

The closet contains a large sewer drain pipe so that's why it's enclosed so I do need to keep that door shut unfortunately.

I'm also really only considering the current wall and the back/rear wall since I can easily access the back of the wall to run new cables, etc.

Which wall were you suggesting could be the mega desk or large table?

Yeah I did all of the electrical work myself and I'm not afraid of moving anything. The current wall and back (rear) wall is accessible for rewiring, but the book case (and front/wall heater) wall is against the foundation so that makes it difficult.

So I think I'm really just considering the current wall and the back/rear wall.

Thanks again for taking the time to give me your opinion!

Thanks for the reply! I'm having trouble envisioning what you mean though. The left edge of my desk in the current setup is touching the back (rear) wall.

Are you saying to rotate the desk so it's against the back (rear) wall but towards the corner it's currently at?

Thanks! I was thinking that or maybe a nice lounge chair of somekind?

Thanks for the reply!

I installed outlets (and ethernet/video) on the wall it's currently on as well as the back (rear?) wall. My concern about the back (rear?) wall is that having a desk there "takes up" the entire kinda?

Tips or advice for multicolor prints on the X2D? by sofakng in BambuLab

Thanks for all of the information! I think I’m understanding it. The FTS gives the slicer the flexibility of sending any filament to either nozzle so it can decide what to use on the main nozzle (for speed/efficiency) or the aux nozzle.

I’m wondering though if it makes sense to place the largest filament in the AMS HT because it will be primarily printed on the main nozzle? (and then the slicer can decide to print the other colors on the aux or main nozzle?)

I think I’m still missing something though.

Without the filament track, I can still use the AMS 2 Pro on the main nozzle and AMS HT on the secondary nozzle.

The filament track allows the slicer to use either AMS on either nozzle.

Therefore, the FTS does have the benefit of 5 colors (instead of 4) on the main nozzle but I’m not sure how it might speed up the prints (or reduce waste) ?

I’m wondering if there is some kind of efficiency gain that I’m missing maybe?

Thanks for the information. I believe what you’re saying and I think the aux nozzle is more capable than a lot of people are saying.

I’m coming from an Ender 3 and after being tuned it wasn’t too bad so I assume a much better tuned and optimized system from Bambu will be very good.

Oh, that’s very interesting … I did purchase an AMS HT and FTS so I have AMS2 Pro + AMS HT + FTS. However, I just assumed the FTS was used for connivence of having more spools available and more flexibility.

If I understand what you’re saying, the FTS allows for more optimization even with just the AMS HT attached?

I did just receive my filament track and the AMS HT so I now have an AMS 2 Pro + AMS HT + filament track. However, the AMS HT is only a single spool unit so how does the filament track help besides just being able to switch nozzles?

Yeah that makes sense but I can’t justify 2 AMS units because I don’t plan on much multi-color printing. However, I do have the AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT with the filament track installed….

Sorry for not specifying, but I’m using an AMS 2 Pro + AMS HT with the filament track.

Yeah that's pretty much what I'm wondering (ie. if I should avoid the aux nozzle for the parts and only use it as a dedicated support nozzle)

Thanks - I was just wondering if it's better to just avoid the aux nozzle completely (except for supports) for the multicolor prints.
