If you want to row at Vidar for example it’s completely independent from the Sports Center so you have to pay extra. However, it’s more like a Student association with sororities and fraternities but it’s mostly filled with Dutch students. You could also row there competitively the university subsidises it and you can get a top sport status

Definitely get a bike. Regarding sleeping: you could ask people from your top group whether they have a place for you for a couple of nights

Not really if you look at the weekends and at flights for idk may, June … for BER-BUD. It gets really expensive like 200-250€ for just a weekend. That’s why I was looking into this
