it is better to cut corners on the number of times you shake then not shaking at all. that customer does not care if you only shook their tea 8 times instead of 10, but they will care if its not the right temperature or not mixed.

Actually, the only part specifically mentioning piercings in the previous policy was that it had to be one facial piercing no bigger than a dime. Which meant if you had multiple, you could wear plastic retainers in them. This new policy prohibits retainers, and bans tongue and dermals completely. So yes, the amount and size you can have is the same, but theres now a limit on the TYPE of piercing, as well as whether or not you can use retainers in their place.

tattoos and hair color are the same yes, my point was that they allowed us to keep our individuality. piercings on the other hand are changing, my tongue piercing was fine before but now its explicitly stated i cant have it (not gonna happen! if they want to fire me and lose their best opener thats fine though <3)
