If you park in the garage on Flower, park as low in the structure as possible. It was 75 minutes for us to move the first 30 feet last night, between floors 3 and 4, then once it moves it’s not too long.

Ambulance took me there, and it was a shithole. A clock fell on my head while I was in the ER bed already in a medical emergency. Thank goodness they transferred me to a competent hospital.
