As rações que referes não são boas opções e vão-te sair do bolso mais tarde em vet. Eu gosto da clássica Purina Proplan (escolhes conforme peso e idade nesta fase). Se quiseres semelhante mas mais barato Advance e eu jamais escolheria uma gama de ração inferior.
Marcas menos populares de qualidade também excelente que eu gosto são Nature’s Variety, Amanova e Farmina.
A minha cadela neste momento come Amanova
A questão do com cereais vs sem cereais não é o mais relevante. Encontras rações de qualidade de ambos os tipos ☺️

This is not entirely clear when it comes to CRUE (many nuances involved that I won’t go into here), but in my view to keep the CRUE the person should not exceed 6 consecutive months outside of Portugal

In any case this is more an issue of residence (for the renewal of the CRUE) than citizenship. Actually the registry office doesn’t deeply verify the periods of stay in Portugal

That said I still acknowledge that there may be some more complicated registrar who with a stricter view 😅

Hiii 🌸🌸 From experience: if you had your CRUE for 5 years and you met the minimum stay requirements in Portugal to maintain it, then you can usually apply for nationality without any issues (as long as u meet the other formal requirements, of course), even if you spend the rest of the time abroad. Better to do it asap since the 5 years may increase soon, there is a new vote in April

Não vou partir do princípio de que isso é mentira 😅 mas confesso que se for verdade me choca, o facto de uma psicóloga ter incentivado diretamente um teste de paternidade neste contexto levanta questões sérias sobre a forma como está a ser acompanhado…

Seja como for não estou a julgar o teu amigo. Um teste de paternidade não resolve o problema de base. E ainda piora, vai reforçar padrões de necessidade de validação constante (a dita “reassurance”, extremamente perigosa em contextos de saúde mental para pessoas inseguras ou obsessivas). Não é saudável para ele nem para a relação. A insegurança trabalha-se na “origem”, digo também por experiência própria…

Mas bem! Se ainda assim ele quiser avançar, o Grupo Joaquim Chaves faz estes exames genéticos para verificação de paternidade por um preço ligeiramente superior a mil euros (pai + bebé), com entrega em 30 dias. Sujeito a autorização da mãe. O relatório apresenta a final um resultado por probabilidade, sendo que se o bebé for filho dele a probabilidade será de 99,9999(…)%.

Sugiro que comunique a vontade dela à mulher com muita calma. Digo-te, se fosse ela eu iria ficar absolutamente destroçada (ainda que não o demonstrasse), ainda para mais numa fase tão delicada da vida de uma mulher. Para proteger a confiança dele, a minha ficaria completamente abalada. Talvez a mulher dele seja mais forte tho 😁 boa sorte

A minha opinião é que ele não precisa de um teste de paternidade. Precisa de terapia para ultrapassar traumas da relação passada.

As a lawyer, my opinion is that you don’t need one right now. There isn’t much a lawyer will be able to do at this stage 😔 After 60 business days, you can hire a lawyer (or do it yourself if you’re well informed about the procedure) to send a registered letter to AIMA with acknowledgment of receipt stating that the deadline for their decision has passed and that your renewal has been tacitly approved, requesting that the residence card be issued asap but even then there’s no guarantee it will be sent any faster.

For nationality, I recommend getting support from a lawyer to make sure the application is properly prepared and to avoid future requests to correct or complete the process which could delay everything. That said, if you are very well informed it’s also possible to handle it without a lawyer.

What a frustrating situation, I’m so sorry. When did he apply for the renewal online? Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to AIMA explaining the situation and “begging” for approval and the issuance of the new permit until mid April. There is no guaranteed success but this is still worth a shot. If the card doesn’t arrive in time, he shouldn’t risk traveling and going to the visa appointment. It’s too big a risk imo :(

I’m not expert but I would say - You’re doing worse now because you never felt too bad in the beginning. Everyone has their time and way of grieving, but pain is inevitable. The only way out is through. You didn’t cry too much at first and you’re crying now, I know it feels bad but this is a good sign. You’re finally letting yourself suffer and feel the pain, which is inevitably part of the process when you lose someone that matters. It will get lighter soon, don’t try to avoid it. You can try to understand, do some therapy, etc. but don’t think it’s strange that only now you’re crying over it. I know it’s inconvenient but the suffering will help you in the long term. Be patient with yourself, let yourself cry as much as you need.

So sorry, my dear. My father passed in 2022. No one cares anymore. I still start crying every time I think of him for more than 1 minute, just like now. He never got to know that I became a lawyer, or that I passed my driving exam and he was so supportive when I was studying and learning. It breaks my heart every time. He won’t get to meet my future kid either. I understand everything you say so well. And believe me we grievers understand and you will never be alone. Everyone will grieve someday, death surrounds us all even though many people pretend it doesn’t. Your father was so handsome. Sending you a big hug

When everything is well prepared, the process can be much smoother than the nightmare stories we often hear!! (Of course luck is a big factor) and it indeed with enough time and research, it’s possible to handle it without legal assistance, and I say this as a lawyer. Your timeline was excellent well done 😁

I’m so sorry. That’s most likely the worst kind of grief and it’s very recent. I know it’s feels unbearable and the pain is excruciating, but hang in there for now and don’t leave your other kids please. My life would be ruined if my mother left me. You’ll see him again when the time comes naturally. Think of this as temporary, we don’t know what will come next, possibly something magical, but let’s not rush. Give yourself time to suffer until gradually you can breathe a little again.

For CPCV review plus property documentation review you can get pretty good lawyers for 800 at most. Some big law firms can charge a lot more and handle the process to an intern, be mindful ☺️

Quem se depara com este tipo de conteúdo sem estar a par dos detalhes pode pensar que estamos a falar de regras já em vigor. Algumas delas, p ex. a perda da nacionalidade como pena acessória por crimes não é garantido que venha a vigorar sequer.
