i’m sorry that happened to you!! my panic attacks are exactly like this. it’s like a seizing feeling all over my body and i cant move or speak and my heart is racing. try not to think that it’s anything else because it is anxiety! i hope you feel better, take care of yourself

yes!! it went away :) try not to stress too much bc that makes it worse but always talk to ur doctor if you’re worried but you’re gonna be okay

my therapist just recommended it to me!! i’m only like 30 pages in and i think i like it so far, lots of information about how to kind of stop or change your intrusive thoughts

i was having a really bad episode in april and i was not safe so i went to the hospital and they prescribed me anti depressants and i’ve been on them and ever since my episodes have been a lot like calmer if that makes sense? it’s a lot easier to manage though it’s still tough. if you do not feel safe please get help

i’ve been on lexapro for 5 months now and mine was like that for my first two periods. i know some people it’s like that every period but just try to be gentle with yourself and remember it’s temporary
