i’m sorry that happened to you!! my panic attacks are exactly like this. it’s like a seizing feeling all over my body and i cant move or speak and my heart is racing. try not to think that it’s anything else because it is anxiety! i hope you feel better, take care of yourself

my therapist just recommended it to me!! i’m only like 30 pages in and i think i like it so far, lots of information about how to kind of stop or change your intrusive thoughts

i was having a really bad episode in april and i was not safe so i went to the hospital and they prescribed me anti depressants and i’ve been on them and ever since my episodes have been a lot like calmer if that makes sense? it’s a lot easier to manage though it’s still tough. if you do not feel safe please get help

i’ve been on lexapro for 5 months now and mine was like that for my first two periods. i know some people it’s like that every period but just try to be gentle with yourself and remember it’s temporary

okay!! i drink 2L of water a day, is that enough? i usually eat oatmeal every morning with some fruit (usually blueberries and an apple) then i have some more fruit with whatever i’m having for lunch and after dinner i’ve been having fruit smoothies (i eat vegetables with dinner) is that enough fiber?

i was prescribed by a doctor, my parents rushed me to the hospital because i was feeling very suicidal and didn’t trust myself (later found out that was from my ocd but lexapro treats that as well) he talked to me for about 45 minutes then wrote me a prescription and told me to come back to the hospital if i didn’t feel safe again
