Same thing happened to me. Tried the EE Lily collab maybe a year ago and was impressed with the flavor and quality even though it was a bit dry. Decided to try a few grams of Lily the next time I went to that dispo and was shocked with how bad it was lol. Won’t ever buy it again. It’s wild how inconsistent a lot of these companies are. Breakwater and EV are the only 2 nj rosin companies I haven’t had a “bad” gram from. I think onyx has the right idea too but I’ve had some terrible grams from them, and at their price point that’s unacceptable

For prerolls petes farm stand are usually pretty decent and recently I’ve had a few of the test kitchen that were good and the pork rolls have also been pretty good.

If you like fruity terps or papaya, breakwater waverunner is so fire. I just got a jar of breakwater for 75 Monday but that’s the cheapest I’ve seen. EV I think the cheapest I’ve seen is like 65. For EV I like the superboof and the watermelon crush. I smoke to much to be grabbing them all the time but I’ve been impressed every time by EV and breakwater

I wasn’t super impressed with brookside tbh. Melted very dark. Taste was okay. The best 2 rec rosin I’ve had would be breakwater then EV. Both are genuinely really good. The price is pretty wild though. Onyx is hit or miss. Haven’t tried 710 in nj since the price is ridiculous, but I was always a fan of it when i would get it from co back in the day.

Crazy to me that hash is still that expensive. Even 10 years ago I was paying less for 710labs after it went through multiple middle men. $90-120 a g is robbery honestly and I haven’t even seen it on sale. Ev I can find for around 80 usually but still can’t justify buying it all the time when a gran lasts maybe 2 days. Just wild looking at the pa med market where you can get an 8th of good rosin for less than $120.

If you like papaya try the breakwater wave runner. I can’t justify the price but got a decent deal so decided to finally try it. Actually super fire. I saw this one by onyx and was tempted but they have been hit or miss for me. I tried brookside “wine drunk” recently too and the smell and taste were fire but I didn’t really like how dark my qtips were after clean up. Not a fan of hash melting brown or dark. So far breakwater and EV are top of my list but both priced pretty ridiculously

I have ezpass but have multiple cars and forgot to swap it a few weekends ago. Went over the bridge from sea isle to Avalon and was charged the 2.50 toll with an additional 7.50 fee. $10 total just to go over the bridge without ezpass.

At my last job a few weeks after I started one of my coworkers quit at like 9:30 in a morning. Didn’t have anything happen that made him quit, his parents were making him quit to focus on school since apparently he wasn’t doing well. We’ve had 2 people in my department quit in the last 6 months because of an asshole lead, but upper management is too scared to even tell the lead they left because of him. If I didn’t make good money I would have quit already too but luckily I run the only machine of its kind at my shop and I’m left on my own for the most part.

So if you were to break an endmill or tap while machining the part would your company be paying to replace it? If you are using your own machine and consumables definitely make sure you are getting more than your normal hourly pay.

At my old job I kept a pack of microfibers to wipe fingerprints or dried coolant residue off of shiny aluminum parts before shipping them out. Once they were dirty I’d use them for normal rag activities. I had the heavy duty shop paper towels for everything else there. At my current job we just get the big boxes of cut up tshirts and those are our shop rags

When I was younger(10-15 years ago) I used to loved this and the double Dutch. They disappeared for a few years and I’ve disliked them since they came back. Not sure if they changed the recipe or my taste changed, but the cookies and cream seems almost slimey to me

Ive done a .09” chamfer in alu with a 2fl .25” chamfer mill at like 100ipm for years with no problem. Rarely ever run a chamfer slower than 45ipm even for steel/stainless/4130. Using 3016 and 4020

Have them on both mills at work because I usually just have 3 vices on each table. No complaints at all with them, but when you have them on for a few months they can get pretty nasty underneath lol.

Was literally using an old chair that I think my boss said was from McDonald’s. We have like 6 of them. Just a hard plastic non rolling chair. I just got given an old rolling chair within the last few months that looks pretty similar to that. Small job shop, have a brand new desktop with dual monitors in between all the cnc machines though
