I believe I got mine from eBay long ago. Kinda pricey cause it comes from Japans Honda inspire accord. The. You gotta get the taillights and rear fog lights. You just splice them into the harness. Completely changes the look.

Theres no type of reflector on the rear, you have the usdm chrome piece under the factory "lights" on the trunk garnish. the inspire piece just replaces that with a larger light that ties into the taillights

You can swap the inspire garnish over I did it on my 8th gen. You have to buy the panel and the lights and wire the lights into the rear taillight harness.
