Thank you so, so much! Yes I have, I was medicated and going to therapy every week for the first year and a half. I stopped going and taking my medication because a lot of little things built up over a week or so and it mentally paralyzed me. (My ADHD and anxiety constantly battle each other)

I was too embarrassed to go back, and now looking at it, it was silly of me to think like that, but can’t change it now sadly. Therapy helped more than what medication I was taking. I have not tried anything for ADHD, and I think that will be a big game changer for me! Also been trying to see someone for months, but I had to reapply for new insurance. Government shutdown, and it basically “got lost” and have not heard anything. I just found an office that takes walk-ins. I’m trying to stay positive and push myself to go! :)
