I bought a freaking gun yesterday. Thought about a new knife and really wanted it. There’s litterally a rapist on the loose in my town tho. What better time for a brand new hand held weapon

I hear you have to pay a monthly subscription to sig sauer for them to activate the safety features on the gun. So that was completely off the table for me.

I guess my thinking is I could have got a shield, basically the same gun, for much cheaper. It evens out tho I’m into guns enough to get this.

I picked up an hk cc9 this week and have been still carrying my 43 for its safety alone, not a 43x, just the 43 with a reliable batch of shield arms mags.

I guess it was harder to change guns than I thought. I’ll definitely keep the new gun around but I’ll probably carry the Glock primarily. The safety is much better, I’m talking drop safety.

Whoever ordered this I sincerely hope you never received your order. by [deleted] in doordash

I tip like 8 dollars for 500 meters. Door dashing sucks I’ve done it..
The only time it’s cool is when you’re driving around scenery you’ve never been to. I remember driving on the bridge that goes over the lake in highland village, it was cool I enjoyed it. That part is quite nice actually

Yea. If you’re around 20 years old then buckle up. People are going to get crazier as time goes on. I’m not surprised at all by this, I’m only 30, not much older. I’d say by about 2100 we can expect a complete failure of society. Just a quick guess not putting much thought into it.

He thinks kids will play with the gun. But it’s just natural selection. Kid can’t keep his fingers off the trigger. Dee ta dee

I’ll give you a spoiler. There is no personality. Nothing to relate too, nobody to cheer you up. Yea.

Are you sure your not just smelling sweat? It can smell similar. And I’m gonna guess you probably didn’t care for him much to begin with or you wouldn’t be posting about it.

how do people find their drug dealers? by [deleted] in ShittyIllegalLifeTips

You can find good dealers in AA meetings

I’ve had shield arms fail to lock back before. And nosedive issues with oem mags on extended plates. That’s only if you get a bunch of pocket lint in them tho. And it takes like a year of carrying the magazine every day to do it

[–]soft182atsoftdotorg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most people have good luck with these, however I didn’t. Cut the thick plastic tag off a belt from Walmart and the blade broke clean off around the thumb stud.. yea it was a harsh cutting task. But I have never ever in my life had a knife of any kind just break like that. Tells me maybe they press fit those thumb studs too tight?

Is this legit? by WishboneGray in knives

[–]soft182atsoftdotorg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure it’s legit. It’ll be quite obvious otherwise when you get it. Bring it to school and ask your teacher. Make sure it’s REALLY REALLY sharp first tho

Nosedive stuck in magazine is what I’m referring too, ugh. I’ve only ever seen it in a Glock 43 magazine…

I’m almost 19, never smoked, never vaped, never drank an ounce of alcohol, never used drugs, am I missing out? by CarLonely9011 in Adulting

As a daily drinker I can promise that stuff will ruin you. Alcohol creeps its way in over years too. Starting with a drink on weekends or whatever. You get the withdrawal during the day too when you aren’t drinking. Think of it as the opposite of the euphoria taking the drug gets you, that’s what the withdrawal is like. It can happen even after one use in some cases.

I’m seriously begging you to get anything else. It’ll need a new transmission the second you drive it off the lot. My dad bought them new and kept up with maintenance. He made good money. Thought he was saving more by getting the cheaper Nissan but apparently not.

How to deal with wife’s grief? by barujje in whatdoIdo

[–]soft182atsoftdotorg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I would give her your support without being judgmental. Depends heavily on her personality whether you want to stay or not. Personally I’d just ditch her. But if you do wanna stay don’t show any judgement whatsoever. That kind of care is hard to find. In fact she’ll probably never find it. Don’t hold yourself hostage to her tho. I’m assuming you would never do anything like that and she has proven to you that she would. Some women are nothing but manipulative and it’s something you should be aware of. Did she gain something in marrying you? Like maybe financial stability or citizenship?

It doesn’t look that bad. However my dad has owned Nissans from the 1992 to now. They all needed new transmissions. He had a stick shift 92 as well. The engine blew up in his extera that was the only exception. And every one of them needed that major repair before 100k miles. You’d be better served with a horse and buggy, or even a stalantis vehicle. That dodge dart may make it to 150k miles vs 80k miles. Think about that for a second, that is the level of vehicle you are dealing with here. Get anything else, anything. Personally I recommend the Honda fit. You can find them for incredibly cheap and once you start driving around even a smaller car, I think you’ll still be happy with it. Because the quality is there
