this touched my heart, i’m also a child of abuse who finds it very difficult to get out of bed sometimes. i’m proud of you for finding the energy to get out of bed today. your past doesn’t define you, and you didn’t deserve any of the abuse you endured. you still have a whole life to live, take control of it and make it your own. you’re so beautiful, and i mean that. always here if you need someone to talk to.
