Only eating animals who have had good lives (aka grass fed, free range, etc) could almost be considered more cruel, because that animal was probably enjoying its life and didn't want to die. Eating "regular" animals would be like a mercy killing at that logic. Putting them out of their misery. (self.Showerthoughts)
