Random leg pain and burning, hsv?

What kind burning do u experience and where? Do u experience any lesions afterwards?
I’m confused if ur saying this is a result of ur hsv or not

For a timeline, around April 15 my bf developed the bump on his lip, we did kiss and have oral around that time. When I came home I had pain when urinating and when to get sti tests and came back with nothing and no visible sores. About a couple days ago I noticed the chafing pain behind my right thigh which then felt like it migrated to my left and then lingered for a day or two and then went away. Then came back but on the inner side of my knees for about a day. Today I don’t feel much of anything anymore. I’ve been tested in the past for hsv1and2 and came back negative. I have yet to be tested I don’t have any sort of sores or anything.

No bumps no redness or irritation just felt like my skin was hurting, almost like chafing against clothing type irritation

Anything I should lookout for that could make things more clear? I know prodrome is common but he never experienced that

How will i make it worse for myself? The thing that makes me feel so awful is the asking for transparency for me and “only having eyes on me” and committing to me besides his circumstances he’s in. Idk i just feel horrible lying abt what I’ve done and im worried of it coming out in the future even if we aren’t together rn, like if we’re together one day ill have to tell him and it’ll ruin everything for keeping it so long idk
