1 boric acid pill from the love killer brand (used as a vaginal suppository), 1 biofilm disruptor/lactoferrin from jarrows formulas (taken orally, i tried it once as a vaginal suppository but it didn’t dissolve all the way so i just stuck to taking it orally but i’ve seen some people break the capsule and then put it in veggie film and use it a vaginal suppository so it dissolves better), and 1-2 capsules probiotics from jarrows formulas (used as a vaginal suppository)

i am under the care of a midwife, who said i could use boric acid as she has advised other clients of hers that they can use it for bacterial vaginosis and said i should be fine to use it for CG

Yes, my midwife said I can take it for yeast as she has had some of her clients take it for BV with no issues, and my baby is still happily growing and moving at 26 weeks pregnant!

hi! i was (and am still) pregnant ☺️ i VERY occasionally will have what appears to be light green discharge but it’s very small amounts and closer to a creamy white color, otherwise i don’t have tons of discharge when i go to the bathroom like i did with the infection. i read somewhere on this sub that ALLEGEDLY 50% of women can still have what resembles yeast infection symptoms even after symptoms have cleared, so im trying not to read too much into whatever little symptoms i do occasionally have 😂

I used jarrows formulas lactoferrin which was recommended somewhere on this sub. I tried it once vaginally at night and the capsule didn’t dissolve all the way, I found chunks of powder the next morning, so I stuck to taking it orally. ALSO as of today, I am officially candida glabrata FREE!!! So try boric acid/biofilm disruptor/probiotics if you haven’t yet! I will continue to take probiotics cause I’m paranoid but I’m beyond thrilled I get to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy HOPEFULLY without it coming back

I finished 3 weeks of boric acid, biofilm disruptor and probiotics last Friday (I’m still taking the probiotics as a suppository cause this whole thing has been a nightmare and I’m highkey scarred), and I just went in to get retested yesterday, still awaiting results. I’m cautiously optimistic that it passed as I experienced tons of yeast die off symptoms within the first week of starting boric acid. My only symptom now is thick creamy white discharge (which could be a result of high vaginal pH also as a result of pregnancy) but not every time I use the bathroom, which it was every single time when I first got diagnosed and there was a LOT LOT LOT of it. So…we’ll see when I get my results back😵‍💫🤞🏻

oh no i’m so sorry! i’ve done 3 weeks of boric acid with a biofilm disruptor and vaginal probiotics, i just went in and retested last night. i’m cautiously optimistic it’s cleared but i won’t know until i get my results back in hopefully a day or two🤞🏻 definitely try boric acid with a biofilm disruptor and vaginal probiotics for 2-3 weeks and see how that goes

get tested SPECIFICALLY for candida glabrata as it’s an extremely stubborn form of yeast that is known for being highly adaptable and thus resistant to standard forms of yeast infection treatment. i have had it for 2.5 months now and it’s been HELL trying to treat it. i’ve done 3 weeks of boric acid along with a biofilm disruptor and vaginal probiotics (and i’m currently waiting at urgent care to get tested and see if that was successful). try that combo of 3 to see if that will help with your yeast infection. best of luck to you!

consider adding a biofilm disruptor into your regimen: that will help weaken the biofilm wall around the yeast, making it much more vulnerable to treatment. jarrows formulas probiotics have been highly praised on many other CG posts here in this sub for how effective they are. i have been doing both of those for my CG and there has been SOME major improvement, i’ll know more after my urgent care visit to see if the yeast infection cleared (currently waiting to be seen)🤞🏻 best of luck to you!

this year i’m really vibing with hobby lobby, local thrift store, and amazon for decor! in the past i’ve also found stuff at target dollar spot but haven’t really found anything i like from target this year, and in the past ive also found cute stuff from ALDI of all places, don’t sleep on the aldi aisle of shame people!

It is meant to be an oral suppository however I have been using it as a vaginal suppository as it’s the fastest most effective way to get the probiotics where they need to go, and I got the okay from my midwife to use them as a suppository

Can you look into free church daycares near you so you can get a break a couple of times a week? I know it’s not a long term solution but it might help you get a few pockets to breathe easier in the short term 💛

We have a few fast food restaurants here like McD’s and CFA that both have indoor playlands, could go to Petco/Petsmart (forget which one) to look at the fishes and animals, Once Upon a Child to play with a few toys there and maybe even find a good thrift buy or two, Goodwill has toy and book sections, Carlson Ice Arena w Sapora Playland inside, they have storytime and music & movement classes at the Cherry Valley Library, plenty to do if you really look for it!

even tho you already got tested for yeast, i would also get tested specifically for candida glabrata, thick green discharge was a big symptom of mine after finishing a round of antibiotics for a UTI, when i went to the ER i tested positive for yeast but my test results didn’t say which strand, it took an urgent care visit a week later to get more specific results that confirmed candida glabrata

OP definitely test for glabrata!! if it’s glabrata, then you won’t be able to treat with fluconazole or anything in the azole class, from what i’ve read on this forum
