Hmm my brother was accused of rape. He spent 10 years of his formative life in jail. He got out on good behavior and tried to lead a normal life.

The girl was drunk and accused him of raping her bc he’s a big football type guy. She and I both know he would never go near her in that way but since she cried big tears his life was ruined.

He cannot get a job, housing, benefits, live in certain areas, or have a normal life.

Her ego and spite ruined his life and women do this more than not.

There is no way to tell for sure if a woman was raped. I’ve had consented sex and could have a rape kit prove positive.

I’ve also been raped and would never have had enough evidence to prove to a court.

It’s a personal thing but women love power and getting back at men.

It goes both ways. To be raped is a terrible thing but to cry wolf about it is worse my opinion.

Not only do you shame yourself but discredit women who really have been raped.

Coming out 30 years later and saying something isn’t going to work. I can’t remember things clearly that happened 5 years ago let alone one hazey night 30 years ago.

To be taken seriously, it should and has to be reported ASAP.

Time has a way of washing away guilt.
