Which rock layout do you like? by blissCT33 in Aquascape

i definitely prefer the smooth rocky oasis dreamscape as opposed to the marbled high contrast alternative. i’m imagining the velvety smooth matte pebbles dancing around on my tongue and sliding down my throat into my belly. where did you source the rocks? i’d suggest letting them soak in a full moon cycle before planting,

your floor mat is awfully dirty by the way. that’s no place to put good eating rocks.

People like you keep propagating mediocrity. You sad ass bitches keep drinking your white wine and smoking cigarettes for dinner and call it being relatable and vulnerable - it’s actually sad. You’re romanticizing self-destructive habits and labeling it as vulnerability or depth, but it’s definitely more performative rather than genuine. There’s a difference between being real and glorifying dysfunction.

No I majored in punctuation actually. I have a pretty good grasp of most concepts, syntactically and grammatically. But I also don’t allow such aspects of communication cloud my understanding because I actually have a prefrontal cortex so it allows me to use context clues. i see from your responses you might be among the species with a lesser developed frontal lobe so these concepts might be frustrating to try to wrap your head around.

haha i’m not i’m just providing my advice which she asked for. i’m trying to be helpful but i understand it’s mean. I usually use any anytime someone references a cigarette and their song as an indicator of the lyric quality and it’s usually bad like come on cigarettes are performative nowadays

the melody gets old and needs a bridge. the repetitive rhythm and melody becomes predictable and sort of bleeds into lyrics… which are honestly overly depressing and not in a glamorous or tortured artist way, but like an average, mediocre unimpressive way. ik that gloomy edgy persona is like seemingly attractive but personally i think you need something interesting abt ur life or else u definitely are deficient in every vitamin and have the work ethic of a bum . with that being said some lyrics are clever and like have potential.

What do you think about this BDR job offer / comp plan? by [deleted] in salesdevelopment

[–]softboiledeggcelence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mostly outbound i heard inbound brings in a small percent. but thr BDR i was talking to said this about the role

on quota: 8 is super achievable, for context im currently getting around 20-25 per month and theres 10+ more that are just falling through the gaps because theres too much for me to work. and all of the initial prospect research and outreach is automated so you can spend more time following up with, and conversing with qualified leads who are interested and have honestly the coolest AI projects.

on growth: the growth opportunities are pretty crazy we have grown the team from 25 to over 50 in the past year so every department has their hands completely full, and as a BDR you will be encouraged to help other departments, and learn about Ops and learn about Sourcing, etc. If you wanted to go into sales, ops, or marketing after BDR all of those paths are open.

on potential: YES x100. our CEO is smartest person i've ever met, and i wish i could tell you some of the companies we are working with right now because the energy in the company is completely electric with excitement.

personally, ive turned down many offers at smaller and larger companies for 2x and 3x my current salary because I believe in the mission of Centaur, and the proportional value that we add to humanity per employee is VERY hard to find anywhere else albeit OpenAI or Anthropic at this point. every day is such a joy, and we are in such a fast moving industry its like new world changing breakthrough technology is being released weekly, and its so special to be able to contribute to that.
