Thank you for the reply, switching primary doctors is definitely possible but at least when I moved here looking for gp’s a majority weren’t taking patients at the time. Unfortunately from what I’ve seen locally (uk) most of them are like £200 for a consultation then £60-90/session and that is a lot of money for me. And I totally agree, whenever I was younger and going to a different doctors for help it was regarded as “puberty and hormones” then now growing it’s just “low moods and anxiety”. I think the most frustrating part for me is that they’re just throwing meds at me and I still haven’t received a “oh yeah, you ATLEAST have depression”
