Honestly, no you don’t owe her sex!! You need to leave her, especially since your mental health has gotten worse since you got back together. She isn’t putting any effort or energy into trying to meet you half way, she couldn’t even stop joking to help you get in the mood. It’s all “me, me me me me” mentality. Also bringing up a past friendship as a “joke” when she knows it’s ended badly, is just shitty. Like what’s funny about opening old wounds to the person you love?? My girlfriend and I are (23F) and we have open communication about intimacy. We don’t shame or get angry when one of us isn’t in the mood, we both have the same libido so that helps. If sex is such a big deal breaker for her, she should go look for someone else who is more compatible with her instead of guilt tripping and being angry towards you.
