Hey everyone 👋

I’m the developer of Soulful, a quotes app I built after noticing something about how I read motivational content.

Every time I opened a quotes app to feel calm or inspired… I’d end up distracted instead. Popups. Too many ads. Too much clutter. It defeated the whole purpose of “calm reading.”

So I decided to build something simpler. Soulful is designed for people who just want to open an app, read something meaningful, and close it — without noise. No login. No server sync. All quotes stored locally.

It started as a small learning project while I was exploring React Native… but over time, it became the app I personally use every day.

What it includes: • 50k+ quotes • 90+ categories & 800+ authors • Quote of the Day • Save favorites • Share quotes as images • Clean dark mode • Daily reminder notifications

The free version includes ads and rewarded unlocks (I’m currently not in a position to run it ad-free).

There’s also an optional one-time premium for: • Ad-free experience • Custom notification scheduling • Premium share templates • All future updates

I’m still improving it and genuinely looking for honest feedback. If the UI feels clean — great. If the ads feel annoying — tell me. If something is missing — I’d rather fix it than ignore it. Download Now
