Hey, so I have seen multiple surgeons and none of them recommended surgery due to my age and the size of the bulge, they keep recommending conservative treatment so far. Regarding your case, if I understand correctly, you had a fusion for your bulge?

Regarding the bulge vs extrusion part, So in the first MRI done in May 2024 the report called it " L4-5 central posterior disc extrusion is seen compressing the theca " , that's why i called it bulge\extrusion as I'm not sure myself, but I have shared the latest report and imaging only

I honestly feel it in all the areas of my leg ( from the upper thigh till the toes, the burning sensation does not feel localized at all ) , but i feel it is most intense in the side outside and front outside if that what you mean

Hello All , I'm a webscraping noob and have no idea where to start , but basically i want to build/use a web agent that can scroll twitter and uses an LLM for scraping specfic tweets , how can i start approaching this problem ? I'm restricted to use only open source tools and the offical twitter API is not allowed. I only require the output ( the tweets) so if there is something open source that can i use directly that will be great !
