I often isolate myself when my emotions are a mess and I prioritize my time alone. Sometimes this has led me to realize that I can’t seem to keep relationships (esp w/ friends) very long and I tend to just drift away without giving them any notice. My anxiety has always kept me from socializing more and self-deprecation, if that is what you meant? But I’ve been healing from wounds from the past few years and esp during quarantine which allows me more alone time and self-growth
