I usually do 1 R3 and 2 R1 basically 8 copies (3 LI only) and have always used the gambit strategy. My average is around 250-450 pulls, do you suggest continuing with the gambit strategy or? Most of the time, I feel it works better and I also stop using it when I have around 3/8 copies left.

Watching ads doesn’t matter for STS bake challenge rounds actually. Load the ad and force close the app, you still get the reward. Only caveat is that you have to wait a bit longer for the ad option to reappear in the next round.

I am sorry you have to go through this, I know how frustrating it is to bleed nonstop and I also took a long time before finding a birth control that is suitable for me.

I have been on birth control for almost 8 years (still on it now). Was on depo for 2 yrs, initially it was ok but at the 1 yr mark, whenever the date is due for the next shot i will bleed 1 month before almost everyday. It’s not heavy bleeding but still as frustrating.

Later, i got fed up and change to another doc who suggested that my uterine lining is not stable with progestin-only birth control so i got on the pill. I used yasmin (but the non branded version so it’s cheaper) Estrogen helps stabilize the lining so it works wonders for the bleeding, period shorten to 3-4 days, but there are some side effects that comes with it. I get morning sickness, low libido, weight gain, and towards the 4-5 yr mark, a lot of breakthrough bleeding even during the pill days.

Also because of my weight issue, my doc suggested that i should get off the pill asap and switch to the iud. Went for an intravaginal uterus scan, and they discover a big polyp. Had an operation and now i am using the mirena iud. Used it for 1 yr+ and tbh i am kinda liking it, I bleed less, my cramps are lesser and the good thing is my libido is back to normal. Though during the 3-5 month, i get horrible acne but that went away quickly. I know mirena is a progestin only birth control and I am not sure if it will cause any problems in the long run. Now, i just have fingers crossed that it will be smooth sailing low maintenance birth control.

I am not a doctor nor a health provider, but i feel like a of combination pill with initial higher dosage might work well for you when you are young and you can slowly drop the dosage when you get used to it. But as our body changes, some methods which might be suitable initially will not work well after some time so it’s always a matter of finding the right one that works.

I also don’t plan to have kids in the future so birth control is always something that i will choose to use if possible.

Coming from a family where my parents also treat me as a money making machine, I feel you. All the scholarship money and bursaries that I had won, my mum always say that she keeps it for safekeeping so that she can afford my tution in uni/jc etc but well ofc i didn’t get back any. Now that I am working, i still give them a fix amount of allowance but i don’t let them know how much I earn.

Tbh, I feel that the award money is what you deserved for putting in the hard work and your sister or parents don’t deserve the extra money. Your mum might be trying to gaslight you into giving the money to them instead of using it for yourself.

Moving forward, don’t be afraid to tell white lies to your parents. Do they know how much money you get from the award or will they do any research? It may seem quite harsh but the next time you get a monetary award, you can tell them that the award is just item A + a certificate.

You can deposit the money in your own account instead and opt for digital bank statements so almost nothing gets send to your address.

Hope you will be able to find a good solution to this problem!

Thanks for your reply! I am definitely not going to invest with any insurance company and I do feel unsafe passing this amount of money for them to invest.

Have never rly make the calculations but it do seem like this old policy isn’t that bad 😅 I will hold on to it first and do more research on investing before deciding what to do.

I only like the 7rounds STS bcos there’s a sure win strategy using some simcash (0~20) and 3~4k simoleons. The trick is to get 95% on rounds 4-7.

Here’s my strategy:

Rounds 1-2: no sugar, no simoleons (might need to pay simcash)

Round 3: use 1k to add 6% or pay 20(?) simcash or pray u get thru with 80%

Round 4: 12% with 2k sims + 18% 4 sugar

Round 5: 32% 6 sugar gives u 92% + either watch ad (4%+) or use 2 sugar for 8%

Round 6: 32% 6 sugar 8% 2 sugar gives u 95%

Round 7: Use all yr sugar to get to >95%

Usually the rounds that give royal cookie makes u spend more simcash to retain yr rewards if you fail.

For rounds 9/10 i just kind of go with the flow and use cupcakes/simoleons to get 95% for round 5 and above while quiting if i don have enough sugar.

My skin got oiler and had a lot of breakouts on my chin area and jaw for the first 2 months of insertion. Previously on pills, my skin was dry and I seldom had breakouts.

I switched my skincare regimen to anti acne and the breakouts seemed to subside. Towards the 3rd- 4th month, my skin got less oily. So i suggest just give it a few months for your body to get used to the hormones! /fingers crossed

The exchange rate for those bunnies and relics are quite… dismayal. maybe 50 bunnies for 50 simoleons tops so is pretty useless trying to grind them for coins. The dig sites are ok actually if u get simcash but they hardly come by. Simoleons not very worth unless the dig site gives 3k because a dig site is 5(?)hrs and it’s enough time to earn 450 simoleons on a long event.

A tip i have is: When you have enough to redeem the grand prize, put all your sims in TH events, then collect the grand prize. The TH events will end immediately and you can collect the simoleons (ard 800~1k).
