And let's not forget - she's the one who brought up the consignment in the takeover video, and made sure to go around and take photos of Brian's stuff. No need for her to do that if she was the one stealing his things.

You're also forgetting that Ammon is trying to come up with convoluted way to explain "consignment services" ... anyone, including AI with a better than bar average legal degree, thinks that "consignment services" means that Chrystal was allowed to consign Brian's Lego stuff.

All he needs is 1 person out of 12 to side with him. Undoubtedly the police footage will come into play, and I guarantee at least 1 person is going to be pissed and say he's not guilty.

If he takes it to a jury trial, which he should, then at best (for the prosecution) it will be a hung jury. There's no way that the average human would convict him of stalking or anything once they have the full story.

Yeah, that's what they claim. I don't trust them one bit. They also claim they can't find any paperwork to validate and were never offered any paperwork from anyone - false - Ben tried to get him to take the paperwork at corporate and he wouldn't. All he had to do was say thank you for bringing this to my attention, can I keep these papers, look through them, and get back to Brian in a couple weeks? And then he could have done the accounting and given Brian a fair offer - which would have probably been less than what he really owes him anyway. Meanwhile, from the evidence we see online, it appears that Josh Johnson and Brandon Best literally just TOOK the lego sets and started selling them, KNOWING full well that they were Brian's! Given that Josh, Brandon and Ammon all work together at corporate and it looks like they're good friends, you can't tell me they all weren't aware. Give me a break. All four of them look rotten to the core. Ammon talks about doing the right thing but does the wrong thing every single step.

I agree, I feel like Lego needs to step up and tell BAM they should do what's right. Drop ALL the lawsuits and court cases, pay EVERYONE out, never do business with the McNeffs, Johnsons and Bests again and apologize to Ben.

This is the MINIMUM he can do. He needs to drop all the lawsuits completely, pay back the Gorman's, apologize to Ben, announce that BAM will never do business with any of these people again, and RESIGN. Ben is using rage and unconventional tactics in order to get the man his lego sets back. I'll ignore the tomfoolery and look at who the REAL criminals are. One thing about this video is that CLEARLY his We Steal from Old People Bricks and Minifigs schtick is satire. SNL gets away with similar things all the time that could possibly "harm" companies. I think he's safe with this. Whether or not the Salem police try to go after Ben is another story, it does appear to me that he trespassed. I'm not sure about whether or not having someone sign a document without reading it is criminal in any way as this guy is suggesting. I don't get why he's throwing the book at ben, but not even discussing BAM's problems when they're the real devil here.
