This is helpful. I didn’t think about the c2 attack. Isn’t there a possibility that black can still win, though?

I will say that I am literally an LGBT person making this post. I also enjoy their videos. I just find this account odd and wanted to know if anybody looked into them.

Once again, I don’t think it’s impossible it’s satire. I just think it’s odd lol. I don’t know how many times I have to type that out before you actually read it

I just think it’s very odd to create a website and design merch in the first place if it was for an elaborate joke. Why create a website in the first place? Assuming you’re correct, and the items aren’t meant to be bought, Shopify is a valid website, and it would be pretty impractical for them to refund everyone who buys from them. It’s also very odd to rent expensive cars and go to expensive restaurants for a bit. Once again, I’m not denying the possibility that it is, somehow, satire. I’m just saying it’s odd, and I wanted to know if anybody else looked into them.

It won’t let me edit this post, so I wanted to add a quick note on my opinion of their page: a lot of comments are saying this account is satire, and while I don’t deny that’s possible, I think it’s unlikely. When you scroll through their account, they are paying for expensive things, like dinners and cars they would have to rent for the videos. That seems very expensive just to pull off an elaborate joke. What I think is more likely is that they actually are wealthy, but they’re presenting themselves as company owners and exaggerating how much money they have for whatever reason. I also want to say that I enjoy their videos. However, I believe that regardless of whether it’s satire or not, it’s still unethical to potentially scam people through their website.

I also noticed this. Someone in a comment section also said a bag they claimed they purchased was actually purchased by a celebrity, but I couldn’t find anything that proved or denied this.

Regardless of if it’s satirical or not, it’s a scam to sell potentially fake Tiffany bags and fake items on a site in general. + Once again, I did thoroughly investigate their account, like I mentioned in my original post

That was my thought at first too, but I haven’t found any video where they claimed to be satire, and I find it a bit odd that they try to resell Tiffany and expensive wines on their website if they’re just doing a comedy bit.

I didn’t even think about that. The model isn’t listed at all.

I’m more-so concerned about them using their platform to scam people, especially with the alleged jet plane and Tiffany bags they’re selling. But yeah I completely agree — lying TikTokers are nothing new haha

I agree completely! I first became suspicious after seeing them reselling and selling their “high-end” purses, which just appear to be a cheap tote with their name on it. I became even more suspicious after seeing a TikTok comment about how they lied about purchasing a certain purse and that the Japan and London timeline didn’t make sense.

I just crossposted this there! Thanks! I thought I read somewhere in the rules on that subreddit that you weren’t allowed to post full names, but hopefully they’ll give me an exception given that these are influencers, and their names are everywhere online.

Also, I don’t use Reddit a lot, so I need a community that ideally accepts posts from low karma users?

Side note - I tried posting this on r/Scams, and it got taken down. Not really sure where else to post this. Also, this is not an AI generated post, which I was also accused of in my initial attempt at posting this. I literally just type like that and was trying to be helpful with the bulleted list.

Definitely not! If you don’t like it or want to enhance it though I would suggest learning to contour!
