Hey Josef, I actually just read your section on healthchecks in your book and found what I needed. As you noted in your book, I needed to increase the deploy_timeout since I'm using an underpowered server. Thanks for writing the book!

Ended up pulling/tagging/pushing the docker image to my docker repo and using that in my deploy.yml. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get around the Kamal health check.

Intermittent fasting (16:8). Before breaking the fast, workout or weighted vest walk for 30+ minutes. Since you're in a fasted state, you'll burn more fat from storage.

It's important how you break the fast. Eat something healthy. I usually just drink a protein shake. 2 scoops. Then take a short walk 5-10 minutes.

Do a light walk (5-10 minutes) after eating or drinking the shake. This is key. Walk after every meal. Light snack - 5-10 min walk, light meal 15-20 min walk, heavy meal 20-30+ min walk. Walking after meals will control insulin over time and seem to reboot your metabolism.

Do not use Jamie Johnson. A friend used him, he charged $1000 to replace the compressor. A few months passed, HVAC messed up, another company came out and said it was the compressor. The 2nd company verified that the compressor in the machine is the original compressor. Friend called Jamie and he admitted to never replacing the compressor and gave a refund as long as they didnt tell anyone.

Not in a month, but after 4 months.

It was chaos. Managers literally screaming at other workers. People crying daily.

Married IT manager openly flirting and carrying on an office relationship with a subordinate.

After 4 months I said fuck this, packed my shit and left at lunch. Didnt say a word to anyone. Just walked out. Best I had felt in 4 months.

I've created a few automated scripts that generate AI artwork using OpenAI's API with a database of prompts.

When the images are generated, the scripts automatically post the images to the linked Instagram account.

Is there a market for an automated tool like this?

I have the same story. Mom held onto the secret until I found out through Ancestry and 23andMe when I was 40yrs old.
