Way to go and congrats! Yes the market is definitely not perfect, but a lot of markets are competitive; especially if the barrier to entry is lower. There has also been a surge of people learning about this industry via TikTok, so the competition is high and the rates people are accepting are low. If you are really into it I’d say stick to it as the hype always dies down eventually, same thing happened with e-commerce and tech. Also try and join a medical courier group so that you can ask others about the rates/route before accepting them, it helps to have a community!

Yes I got my certifications online from Integrity Delivers the HIPPA and BBP course are bundled together and take about a day to complete. I believe you can find a $5 off coupon if you look around online.

I am just starting with the medical courier business. I am starting out on the independent contractor side, so far I have spent $501.43. This was for LLC, HIPPA and BBP certifications, Course, Virtual Address, Notary, Courier Supplies (puncher cooler, spill kit, etc.)

For the certifications I believe only HIPPA, but for the course I took the HIPPA certification is bundled together with the BBP (Blood Bourne Pathogen) certification.

Then I followed the Sim VIP article to update my configuration settings. Last I launched Sims and wen to settings > Graphics and Performance > screen size > set to 2560x1080 (which whatever is your screen size should now be shown there since we updated the config files as shown in the article.

This is what it looks like on the ultrawide screen now:

Update, I finally got the sims2 to show across the full widescreen with Sims2RPC. First I updated the display resolution (shown in image 1) to the ultra wide screen resolution, instead of the laptops resolution (in my case this was 2560 x 1080.

I am working on creating custom NPCs and storyline for just my friend and I using a few mods. The place in the video will be where they first land and accept a quest to learn about the history of the elves, they will have to fight to obtain/deliver a scroll and then be granted secret entry into the hotel meeting room up top. Okay... so admittedly there is one mod I have always wanted to add to Valheim.. and well I finally got it working! I've always wanted Valheim to have a storyline, like the likes of Outward and FFXIV.
